Dear Entrepreneurs Academy Community,

As we celebrate the past 25 years and look towards the future, I want to take this opportunity to reflect on the foundation that has brought us to where we are today.

I am incredibly proud of the strong relationships we’ve built with you—our valued partners—and the trust you’ve placed in us as advisors and experts in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business skills development. It is this trust that has allowed us to deliver impact and grow and evolve into a leading force for start-ups, micro-enterprises, social enterprises, and intrapreneurship.

Our journey together has been defined by a shared commitment to staying ahead of emerging trends and providing relevant, timely solutions that meet the evolving needs of society and the economy.

Today, I am delighted to say that we are stronger than ever, having completed a comprehensive 25-year Operational Excellence audit of our business. This review has led to the strengthening of our people, systems, processes, and structures, ensuring that we are not only fit for the future but poised to lead it.

Our team is committed to staying curious, relevant, and adaptive, always in tune with Irish and EU policies that shape the landscape of entrepreneurship and future skills needs.

We take the time to understand what success looks like for all stakeholders, and we will continue to innovate and deliver results that deliver for all.

Most importantly, we remain focused on creating solutions that serve not only our clients but also the broader SME, social enterprise, and start-up communities.

As we look ahead, we are excited to develop new partnerships and challenges to address.

With your continued support, we will push the boundaries of entrepreneurship and leadership, helping to develop the next generation of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs within the wider workforce.

Thank you for being an essential part of our journey.

Together, we will continue to create meaningful impact and shape the future of business in every town and village of Ireland.

Warm regards,
Lorraine
