Annie has over 25 years’ experience working in the education and learning sector at Undergraduate, Masters and Exec. Ed levels. She has held senior leadership roles with leading people development and HR consultancies. Her work involves innovative and practical approaches to L&OD design, facilitation and evaluation.
Annie is a seasoned executive and team coach and a licenced practitioner in a range of psychometrics tools. She helps clients across a wide range of geographies and industries, including aviation, pharma, financial services, state agencies, utilises, construction, technology, and third level education.
Annie has enjoyed working as an Associate Facilitator on aa number of SYOB programmes with QED. She has co- created a number of successful learning interventions and team coaching programmes with key clients.
Annie set up her sole trader business in 2025. In her learning and development work with corporate clients, she collaborates with individuals, groups and teams to maintain sustainable performance. Annie works with private clients in the areas of people and leadership development and career transition. In her work with students, Annie works with people of all ages, stages, and abilities to explore pathways to success by uncovering learning preferences and breaking free from limiting beliefs.
