Susan has over 12 years experience in financial planning, marketing planning, market research, advertising, PR, new product development, and e-commerce initiatives.
Started her own business, Susan A. Moran & Associates in 2009. Since start up, she has mentored over 4,000 businesses. She specialises in financial planning and funding options for early stage companies. She has expert knowledge of LEO Grants and supports.
Susan has vast experience in advising and assisting more than 500 companies to prepare for their applications to Microfinance Ireland for working capital or asset backed finance (€25k loans). As well, she is a loan assessor with Microfinance Ireland for loans up to €25k.
Over 20 year’s experience in the financial services industry having worked in Dublin & London with AIB Group. Latterly she held the position of Head of Marketing & Communications, Global Treasury Services, Dublin, London & New York.
She has experience in a broad range of sectors: financial services, professional services, retail, consumer & food products, information & communication technology, cloud based solutions, greentech / renewable energy and internationally traded services.
Susan is a performance driven, experienced business mentor with superior strategic, people, financial, IT and operational skills. She is self-motivated and achievement orientated with a proven track record. Susan has a strong ability to influence thinking of others, forge strategic relationships, and build consensus. She brings empathy, strong listening skills, organisation, intuition and innovation to the table.
She is a past Board Member of Chambers Ireland and holds a BA in Marketing and an MSc in HR Strategies. She is a member of The Marketing Institute & past Associate Member of The Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors.
