Join a select number of CEOs from Wicklow and Kildare to transform your Customer Experience (CX).

Bring along up to two of your SMT members preparing them to lead your Elevate CX strategy with energy and focus. Together you will be equipped with practical and innovative CX development strategies, tools and success stories.  Consider the impact this transformation can have on your entire business.

This dynamic programme will commence at a Spotlight Event on the morning of 9th May in Naas Racecourse from 9.00am – 2.00pm.  

Following the spotlight event, 10 of the attendee’ organisations exhibiting a significant commitment to building out their bespoke plan will be hand-selected and given the exclusive opportunity to take part in our Strategic CX Leadership Retreat on 25th & 26th May followed by a series of Elevate CX follow-up sessions in the Autumn. You want to be in this group !

Beyond these two initial key events for your Senior Management Team, we will then embark on a significant programme of support for a team you select to drive your CX plan within the organisation. These training initiatives will drive the CX strategy from where you are today to the vision of what you want to create for both your customers as well as your internal team and stakeholders.
