Sales & Marketing Administrator

About the job : 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, competent and professional Sales & Marketing Administrator with relevant digital marketing and sales administration experience within a business environment.

Using strong digital marketing, administration, communication and organisation skills, this position will support the Business Development team.

The successful candidate should be a self-starter with a flexible approach to supporting a range of sales and marketing priorities and campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role will offer a wide variety of exposure and career opportunities across the following areas:

  1. Marketing and Branding
    • Maintaining a strong up-to-date online presence for EA.
    • Develop & schedule copy & content, write creative briefs and manage creative development of digital marketing content assets, including web, social media, email, and digital advertising.
    • Supporting the roll-out of effective marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s strengths and unique selling points, thereby positioning the company as a leader in the training industry
    • Central co-ordination of EA marketing materials and assets including – Promotional materials and merchandise, Content to PM Team and Assets – photography, videography, testimonials.
  2. Strategic Sales Planning Administration
    • Supporting NBD team with CRM for business development categories
    • Provide sales support for creation of proposals for clients to include quotations, presentations, proposals, visuals and tender support.
    • NBD research
  3. Programme Marketing & Recruitment
    • Leading the recruitment campaign of target learners, ensuring relevant programmes are fully recruited on time with the right candidates
  4. Event Management 
    • Supporting and leading the creation and management of EA events including internal meetings

What you will need to have:

  • At least two years’ relevant experience in a fast-paced corporate style environment
  • Marketing qualification (either degree or post graduate level), with a strong digital & ecommerce focus
  • Extensive digital marketing experience including running integrated marketing campaigns across websites, marketing automation, wordpress, CRM systems and social media
  • Team player who can roll up sleeves and execute well
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational/administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong level of initiative with a confident, energetic and proactive approach.

What makes you stand out:

  • A passion for, and experience in, social media and website strategy, with an understanding of B2B and B2C user experience
  • An eye for design and creativity
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Systems tools (Canva, WordPress, Elementor, Mailchimp, OneCRM )
  • Experience in social media analytics and other marketing measurement and performance techniques such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Digital marketing expertise and technical understanding of digital channels, tools and websites
