HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Purpose of the Role: 

The Head of Business Development is responsible for driving the growth and success of The Entrepreneurs Academy by identifying and and pursuing new business opportunities that enable the company to stay ahead of the competition and remain relevant.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Strategic Sales
    • Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue through various business development initiatives.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion, as well as understanding the needs and demands of the target audience.
  2. Client Relationships & Management
    • Working in close co-operation with CEO to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to foster collaboration and secure new business opportunities. Attending external events and client business events.
    • Working in close co-operation with Head of Finance to negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for the company while meeting the needs of the clients.
  3. Programme Solution Development
    • Working in close co-operation with CEO to leverage internal & external training expertise/knowledge to identify and shape new training programmes or services that can meet the evolving needs of clients and the market.
  4. Programme/Training Recruitment
    • Leading the recruitment experience of target learners for courses, ensuring relevant programmes are fully recruited on time with the right candidates, (with the support of the Program Office)
  5. Marketing and Branding
    • Developing effective marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s strengths and unique selling points, therby positioning the company as a leader in the training industry
    • Amplifying the reach and impact of EA through increased and enhanced external and internal communication
    • Creating and implementing the marketing strategy and achievement of defined KPIs.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Business qualification or relevant experience
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing in a strategic/leadership role

Associate Trainer Facilitators
The Roles   We are expanding our team of flexible part-time associate trainer facilitators.
Our core focus as an organisation is in providing practical support through best-in-class training to help people to start and grow a micro-enterprise, social enterprise or SME.

We would love to hear from you if:
1.     You have experience as an entrepreneur and/or manager within a start-up or SME or direct experience working in support of small businesses
2.     You are a skilled and experienced educator with a highly practical approach
3.     You are an up-to-date relevant topic expert.
