Caitriona began her career with PwC Dublin, where she trained as a Chartered Accountant. Following a career in audit, she transitioned to work with large-scale family offices and investment management businesses. She has lived and worked in Toronto, Singapore, London and Dublin, and has experience across a variety of industries at operational, financial and board level. She has a passion for helping individuals and businesses of any scale, bringing solutions and guidance in a clear and concise manner.
In 2025, Caitriona joined The Entrepreneurs Academy to help entrepreneurs grasp the financial aspects of their businesses with confidence and clarity. She delivers hands-on training in business planning, budgeting, funding strategies, taxation, and company setup, breaking down financial concepts in a way that makes sense for real business owners.
Caitriona is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with Chartered Accountants Ireland. She also holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Business Studies (Management) and a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.
Caitriona has over 20 years of international experience in senior management positions, gaining a wide range of expertise in financial and operational leadership. She has experience in business incorporation and setup, business plan execution, and managing critical functions such as IT, HR, finance, and operations. She has particular expertise in cashflow and budget forecasting, investor relations, funding matters, taxation, year-end financials, and regulatory compliance.
Having worked closely with business owners over the years, Caitriona knows what it feels like to be fully immersed in the challenges of running a business. In 2023, she started her own consultancy company, offering down-to-earth, strategic support and guidance to business owners in managing their finances and operations. Over the past 12 years, she has also served on a number of boards, contributing financial expertise and strategic direction.
