Carla oversees the preparation of the training materials and plays a key role in communications with clients and trainers to ensure scheduling of projects accordingly. Carla is specifically responsible for ETB Kick Start Your New Business, ICE Rejuvenate, Management Development and a variety of other significant projects.
Carla has worked in both post primary schools and language schools during her career, and has been a teacher and Director of Studies. She has developed excellent organisational skills as a result of this experience, and enjoys overcoming challenges and learning new skills and techniques in the process. Carla holds an MPhil in English Language Teaching from Trinity College Dublin.
