With over 25 years of professional experience across executive education, marketing, and business development, Cyrilla has developed deep expertise in consultative sales, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development. At the Irish Management Institute (IMI) she was responsible for securing high-value strategic partnerships and spearheaded a number of innovative programmes to enhance organisational performance. Her prior role at the Public Relations Institute of Ireland saw her diversify professional development offerings, develop a suite of annual membership events, and elevate the Institute’s national profile.
Cyrilla’s entrepreneurial mindset has shaped her career, starting with the establishment of a successful direct marketing and copywriting agency, where she developed a suite of tailored marketing collateral and campaigns for private and public sector clients.
