When COVID-19 appeared in March 2020, the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) asked us to partner in creating a support programme to help businesses navigate through COVID19.

The Entrepreneurs Academy and the Local Enterprise Offices reacted quickly and pivoted to design a programme specifically to support you, our SME and Micro Enterprise clients through the current challenges and changes to the business environment.

This FREE online programme provided both structure to the week and helped businesses quickly assess the situation and move forward with a greater degree of certainty, both the business owner and their teams. We supported clients as they needed focus, creativity, resilience, courage and good leadership to navigate the unchartered waters.

This programme provided a safe space and equiped business owners with tools required to help assess the business situation and explore creative solutions.

Over five 2-hour live small group online sessions, which included learning-application-breakout discussions, leadership and business experts from The Entrepreneurs Academy, we tailored the programme to focus on the specific needs addressing topics such as:

    • Creativity and problem solving
    • Scenario planning your finances
    • How to get really innovative
    • Resilience
    • Risk assessment

    • Prioritisation
    • Leading yourself and others well
    • How to stay centred and focused and keep others focused
    • How to maintain real connection with remote teams and clients
    • Navigating change with courage and positivity

Lead Your Business Through COVID-19 Testimonials

In addition, we facilitated some of the very first networking sessions to help business owners’ network and support each other!

We hosted a variety of dynamic and interactive networking sessions where business owners could meet others facing similar challenges. Our motto was:

Bring your own coffee and ditch the isolation! Connect, collaborate and gain peer support. Keep your network alive, learn from and support each other while staying apart.
