ABOUT THE PROGRAMME:
Thrive is our fully-funded business growth programme.
Thrive II is designed for micro or social enterprises who are past their first year or two in business, who believe there is more potential that they haven’t reached to date, and would like to be surrounded by others on the same journey.
The same suite of great supports as Thrive I, delivered at the next level with peers at the same stage of development.
COST:
Both Thrive I and II are FULLY FUNDED, there is no cost to you or your business.
Your only investment is time for such hugely valuable programmes.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE?
Your business will not grow unless you do!
Thrive II doesn’t interfere with business, but supports it. As your business thrives you need us less and the programme supports that.
You don’t step away from your business to do this programme, you bring your business to it! When attending a Thrive session you are working ‘on’ your business rather than in your business. Most sessions are online with a few in-person bootcamps interspersed over the year held in Dublin. Online sessions vary from 90 minutes to 3 hrs in duration a couple of times a week. The sessions are also front loaded and tend to ease off as you progress. You can attend the sessions live and most are recorded or pre-recorded so you may catch up in your own time. Your peer group sessions are by arrangement to suit the members. In this way the programme is completely flexible around your business commitments.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
All the support, advice and practical training you need to accelerate your business towards sustained growth & success, delivered by a team of experienced entrepreneurs from The Entrepreneurs Academy.
The components of learning and supports are outlined below.
By far one of the most beneficial aspects cited by our Alumni is the peer networking & support. Long after the programme finishes, the peer groups remain.
These are your THRIVE TRIBE!
WHO IS IT FOR? Entrepreneurs and small business owners in micro or social enterprises from any industry sector who are trading 2+ years – (It is not a requirement to have completed Thrive I)
