Claire Flannery is an Organisational Psychologist with over 15 years’ broad HR leadership experience. She has worked on numerous complex business transformation projects and has supported business leaders and individuals through significant organisational and personal upheaval.
Since 2017 she has been providing HR Consultancy and Coaching Services through her own business, Strength Within. In this role, she focuses heavily on creating inclusive workplaces and helping organisations, teams and individuals to thrive through change.
Prior to launching her own business, Claire worked primarily in large financial services and professional services organisations. Since 2017, she has been working with large, medium and small organisations and across a wide range of industries. Claire is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, the Association for Coaching, the CIPD and IITD.
Claire joined the EA team in early 2020 and has been providing HR support to businesses through the pandemic, along with helping them to navigate the changing business landscape and plan for the people aspects of the changing times ahead. Claire has a naturally interactive and inclusive style, and works with the EA to provide group workshops and one-to-one consultancy services.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCD, followed by a Masters from Queens Universtiy in Occupational Psychology, Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Claire is well positioned as an expert if her field. In addition, Claire has a diploma in Business, Executive and Personal Coaching from Coach Institue of Ireland.
