Nevin is an Entrepreneurs Academy Trainer and Mentor, specialising in Networking, Personal and Professional Development, Business Planning, Sales, and Market Research.
Thanks to growing up surrounded by his family’s business in Kilkenny, Nevin is a natural people person and entrepreneur. He has amassed huge experience across the financial services and retail sectors. As a people manager, mentoring and coaching large teams, Nevin is a clear leader.
Nevin has developed a philosophy and style for mentoring and coaching which brings the strengths out of his teams to deliver results and success. Through removing fears and concerns they are empowered to take ownership of their own failures, successes and goals.
Nevin’s career includes over 14 years in retail managing teams with 100s of staff. During Ireland’s financial crash he was instrumental in helping many of these staff through very challenging transitions into the financial sector.
Nevin is a certified trainer and has worked with us since 2014 as a lead trainer, mentor and business coach on many of our largest projects and has worked with hundreds of business owners in that time to consistently high feedback. Nevin’s core strength is facilitating large groups and through his highly engaging personality and facilitation skills draws the best from all event participants.
In 2006, Nevin moved to Bank of Scotland Ireland as area manager where he over saw the recruitment and training of new teams for branch network. Leading his team though the new vision of banking in Ireland he oversaw 10 branches with over 80 staff and the launch of new products.
