BELOW: As the Entrepreneurs Academy turns 21 years old in early 2020, Noel talks about his experiences as a trainer and gives some advice to start-ups.
Noel became a sole trader straight out of college after completing a Diploma in Horticulture and founded his first company; Leisurescope Ltd which specialised in Golf Course design and Construction.
Noel moved into various careers roles including Sales and Marketing Distribution for Power Supermarkets, a Yacht Broker with BJ Marine and Digital Product Lifestyle Manager and Buyer with Sigma Telecom and Apple.
Noel joined the Entrepreneurs Academy (formally QED Training) in 2010 as an associate trainer while also founding a Digital Content creation and management company; Mediagasmic.
Noel subsequently became Director of Training with the Entrepreneurs Academy where he is at the forefront of all the programmes that we deliver.
Noel has over 30 years experience in person-facing roles in a number of industries including confectionary, hospitality, horticulture, retail and leisure.
Passionate about helping people build their influence with others, Noel has trained in the USA under New York Times No. 1 best-selling author and leadership expert, John C. Maxwell. Noel is certified by John Maxwell to deliver licensed content in the areas of Leadership and Communication on behalf of the Entrepreneurs Academy.
A seasoned MC and keynote speaker, Noel has presented at the TEDxNHH in Norway, as well as facilitating and speaking at events and award ceremonies throughout Ireland. Noel’s genuine desire to develop the skills of others is evident in his creative, engaging, inclusive and interactive style which results in consistently positive feedback and repeat bookings for his services.
Noel is a keen sailor and and member of Howth Yacht Club for over 20 years.
He also volunteers as the Local Press Officer for Howth RNLI.
