Padraic is a Chartered Accountant specialising in SME Finance and assisting start ups and more established businesses with their financial processes and strategy

As an Entrepreneur

An entrepreneur himself, Padraic founded RLM Finance Solutions in March 2020 (at the very start of the Covid pandemic!!!) to help start-up’s and SME’s by providing financial advice and assistance to help them set up, grow and prosper. RLM Finance Solutions has worked with a wide range of businesses across several different industries. Padraic also acts as “Part Time Finance Director” with a number of established businesses.

Industry Expertise

Padraic trained as a Chartered Accountant with EY and prior to setting up RLM Finance Solutions, Padraic was a Finance Director/Head of Finance with a number of high growth companies who were leaders in their respective industries.

#TeamEA Role

Padraic joined the Entrepreneurs Academy team in May 2021 and has delivered training and mentoring in the areas of business planning, financial planning, funding options, personal and corporate taxation and managing business finances. He has a relaxed style and has received excellent feedback to date.

Associations

Padraic is a Fellow (FCA) of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds an Honours Degree (BA) in Accounting & Finance at DCU. In 2021, Padraic completed a Diploma in Taxation with Chartered Accountants Ireland which he passed “with Distinction”.
